These pages deal with some of the very serious issues of my life. I've placed these pages are here to give back as much as I can, in the same way that others have given to me during my own healing.
| Abuse |
I've had to do a lot of hard work to become who I am. Some of those old issues relate to abuse. On these pages, I share my story, along with a couple of other useful pieces which have been contributed by others.

| Depression |
Even after dealing with all the other stuff, there's still the issue of depression; it will be something I need to be aware of and careful about for the rest of my life. There is hope, though.
